2nd World Series of Poker Europe Announced
The dates for the WSOPE 2 Presented by Betfair have been announced by the organisers Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.
The World Series of Poker Europe 2008 Presented by Betfair will be held in London from the 19th of Septemeber until the 1st of October.
As with the first event last year the tournament will be hosted by London Clubs International. The venues will be Marble Arch (sportsman) Leicester Sq (The Casino Empire) and St. James (Fifty).
The schedule for the 2008 WSOPE is yet to be finalized and will be released once finished.
The winner of the Inaugural WSOPE 2007 was a young Scandinavian named Annette Obrestad. and in doing so she became the youngest to ever win a WSOP bracelet and took home the largest amount ever for a female, a cool £ 1 million or $2,013,102.
